Who We Are
RAM Commercial Building Services is a San Diego County company focused only on commercial properties: offices, retail centers, medical buildings, industrial parks and mixed-use buildings.
We started RAM because property managers kept telling us the same thing — they were tired of chasing five different vendors for one building. We built a single team that handles preventive maintenance, repairs, roofing, HVAC, cleaning and building operations.
